TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*The registration fee includes a reserved seating ticket good for all concerts, seminars, and jam sessions listed on this site. Only the 20 Ultimate Songwriters will be allowed to have one on one sessions with Barbara Cloyd and our two publishers. Other activites, seminiars, and jam sessions will be planned for the other songwriters or they may choose to mix and mingle on their own. Only the 20 Ultimate Songwriters will be allowed to pitch one (or two if time permits) of their songs to the publishers for feecback. All other songwriters may choose to listen in on these sessions in order to learn from the publishers' feedback. There will also be other activities planned on this day.
The 20 Ultimate Songwriters will be chosen by Barbara Cloyd. These writers will be picked based on originality, creativity, and workmanship. Barbara will have the final decision in those chosen.
The Ultimate Songwriters Workshop is a Leslie Wright Productions company. Your transaction will show "Leslie Wright Productions". You have 3 days to request a refund if you decide not to attend the workshop. After 3 days, refunds will not be given regardless of circumstance. In the event of inclement weather, the workshop will be rescheduled. Those who cannot attend the rescheduled dates will be given a refund for their registration fee only. Refunds after the workshop dates will not be given under any circumstance.
By registering and attending the Ultimate Songwriters Workshop in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, you agree to these terms. You also agree that Leslie Wright Productions, Barbara Cloyd, and the Ozark Mountain Hoe-Down is not responsible for any damage to personal property or any injuries occurred while attending this workshop.
